I recently bought a machine form ANKO in Taiwan. The machine I bought is the SB-97W extruder machine. At first the machine worked well, and I thought I was blessed. It did arrive with minor problems, but those were easily fixed, such as the motor was going in reverse, a minor fix, the wires were reversed, as this machine works on DC power, even though it is plugged in to a AC outlet. About a month later the machine started making noises, ANKO asked me to check here, check there, check everywhere, they cannot tell me why the noise, and how to fix it. I made a video I sent it to them, I took the machine apart, and so on and so on.
I asked for a replacement or a refund, you can imagine the response I got. With no way to sue a company in Taiwan I am stuck with a machine that doesn't work as promised, and a company which seems to do me a favor when they talk to me.
We may have a tech in your area in about a month and half, we will send him over to see what is the problem is the last word I got. So now I have to wait a month and half for a tech who may or may not come, who maybe able to find the problem I couldn't. Ya right... So I'm posting this review of the company and it's machinery.
SAVE your money, and buy elsewhere if you can. I found several machines they produce to be made by others in Taiwan cheaper on eBay. This Extruder machine is sold by RHEON, they are a Japanese company with an American presence. Any problems they stand behind their product unlike this company. They are more expensive, but it is better then the alternative of paying for a machine that doesn't work.
