Our Story
Rose Gourmet began with a simple purpose: to bring bold, comforting, premium appetizers to the table with quality, consistency, and care.
Long before we opened our doors, our products were made by hand in the basement of our home for private events, family gatherings, and customers who appreciated real flavor. What started as small-batch cooking slowly grew into something more, encouraged by people who believed in what we were making and pushed us to think bigger.
When we officially opened in 2006, every product still required time, patience, and hands-on attention. Production was slow, the work was demanding, and even the smallest orders took tremendous effort. As we invested in equipment, improved our process, and began automating carefully, we saw the true potential of Rose Gourmet: traditional flavor made with the consistency needed for modern retail, foodservice, and private label customers.
The name RHOSEY is especially meaningful to us. It is inspired by our children’s names: Raphael Haim, Ouziel, Sara, Eliyahu, and Yoseph. For us, the brand has always been personal. It represents family, hard work, heritage, and the belief that food should feel both familiar and exciting.
Today, Rose Gourmet continues to grow because our customers keep asking for more. We are proud to offer appetizers inspired by ethnic traditions, Mediterranean flavors, and American favorites, with more variety still to come. Our story is still being written, but our commitment remains the same: quality products, bold flavor, and food made with purpose.
