We offer our ravioli in Retail Packaging as well as Bulk for Caterers and Restaurants.

Some call them dumpling, kreplach, or any other name, you'll call them delicious.

Even though this a popular item in the none kosher market, we are the only company I know of that makes this type and style of beef ravioli.

Nutritional Information

Although we cannot give you an exact formula to our product we can provide you basic ingredients and allow you to twick it according to your particular taste.

Recipe:

Dough;
 Durum wheat, Semolina, Egg, Water.

Beef;
 Although traditionally beef is used, you can use chicken, turkey, or vegetables.
 Remove as much fat and moister from the beef for a dry, and a healthier mix.

Fresh onions;
 Finally chop the onions in a food processor.

Spices;
 Salt, Black Pepper

Cooking instructions:

We use a fresh pasta dough, and as with all pastas it must be boiled.

Restaurant style: Pour package content in boiling water with added salt and a couple tea spoon of oil to keep pasta separated. when done remove with strainer, and pour your favorite sauce over the ravioli.

Home Style: Pour content into a pot already filled with your favorite sauce, let it cook together.

remember to use USDA guideline for cooking beef.
